CV Check enters international markets with white label HR tech

Recruitment screening and verification company CV Check (ASX: CV1) has secured its first international client for a white label service which replicates their flagship automated screening platform used by hiring teams.

The first international contract of its kind is with US-based screening company NetForce Global which will use the CV Check platform under its own banner across offices in California, Paris and Rio De Janeiro.

“In its FY2020 Annual Report, CV1 advised pre-commercialisation had commenced on the strategic project to take its white label technology beyond our current Australia and New Zealand base,” said CV Check CEO, Rod Shewood.

“We are pleased to advise that our first major contract under this initiative has now been executed and we welcome NetForce Global as our first inbound international wholesale customer.”

Using the CV Check platform which can be integrated into most HR recruitment services, the process of reference checking is automated where applicants submit their referee and the platform contacts them directly. The process removes the need for a direct conversation with referees unless the recruiter is not satisfied with the referee’s responses, thus speeding up the entire recruitment process.

While COVID-19 resulted in recruitment freezes around the world as economies were shut down, CV Check is expected to benefit from the resumption of hiring in the post-COVID world.

Last week, CV Check provided a market update which included new client wins from Amaysim (ASX: AYS), the Australian Digital Health Agency, Sigma Healthcare (ASX: SIG), Village Roadshow (ASX: VRL) and other well-known brands, and $3.4 million total revenue for the quarter ending 30 September 2020.
