Nuchev Shifts to Distribution Model to Drive Margins and Scale Growth

Health, wellness and beauty categories continue to expand, driven by long-term consumer trends around self-care and preventative health. As these segments grow, companies with control over pricing, brand execution and distribution are better positioned to capture margin and scale efficiently.

Nuchev Limited (ASX:NUC) is moving to strengthen its position across these categories, entering a new distribution agreement with H&S Global (Au) Pty Ltd.

CEO Nathan Cheong said the shift marks a key step in the company’s strategy.

“This agreement is an important step forward for Nuchev.”

Expands Control Across Brand Portfolio

The agreement expands Nuchev’s role across three established brands: Brauer, Skin Physics and Rapid Loss.

These brands operate across the wellness, beauty and performance nutrition segments, all of which are benefiting from growing consumer demand.

Mr Cheong pointed to the strategic benefits of the new structure.

“It gives us greater control over how our brands are executed in the market, improves margins, and creates the operating leverage we need as we scale.”

Under the distribution model, Nuchev will take greater ownership of pricing, market development and execution.

Targets Margin Expansion and Scale

The transition to distribution is designed to improve margins and unlock operating leverage as sales volumes grow.

Nuchev will now record gross sales and take responsibility for inventory and receivables associated with the brands.

While this increases working capital requirements, it also enables stronger alignment between revenue growth and earnings.

Mr Cheong highlighted how this supports the broader growth strategy.

“Brauer, Skin Physics and Rapid Loss are strong brands in growing categories, and this structure positions us to build scale and move toward profitability while supporting long-term growth.”

Builds Platform for Growth

The agreement reflects Nuchev’s focus on building a scalable commercial platform across its brand portfolio.

Key benefits include improved margin capture, increased operating leverage and stronger control over market performance.

The model is also intended to support future expansion as the company grows its presence in health, wellness and beauty.

Implements Structured Transition

Implementation of the new model will occur rapidly, with a structured approach aimed at maintaining continuity of supply and customer service.

Nuchev is working with H&S Global and operational partners to ensure a smooth transition across customers and distribution channels.

Extends Existing Partnership

The agreement builds on a prior agency arrangement between Nuchev and H&S Global announced in May 2025, marking the next phase of the partnership.

With expanded responsibilities and improved economics, the company is positioning itself to scale its brand portfolio while progressing toward profitability.

As competition intensifies across consumer health categories, execution and margin control are becoming increasingly important areas that Nuchev is now targeting more directly through its shift to a distribution model.
