Predictive Discovery and Robex Complete Merger to Form West African Gold Leader

Predictive Discovery (ASX: PDI) and Robex Resources (ASX: RXR) have completed their merger, creating a leading West African gold production and development company targeting annual production of more than 400,000 ounces by 2029.

Transformational Merger Completed
Under the terms of the merger, Predictive Discovery has acquired 100% of Robex’s issued shares. Robex shareholders received Predictive Discovery shares as consideration, consolidating ownership into a single enlarged entity. Following completion, Predictive Discovery now fully owns Robex and its assets, establishing a larger, integrated gold platform across West Africa.

Building a Scaled Gold Producer
The combined group brings together Predictive Discovery’s Bankan Project and Robex’s Kiniero Project, underpinning a pathway to significant production growth. The merger creates a diversified portfolio, positioning the Company as a meaningful gold producer in the region.

Incoming Predictive Discovery Chief Executive Officer post the merger, Matthew Wilcox, commented:

“This marks a major milestone for both Robex and PDI, with the Transaction now unconditional and proceeding to implementation. The  combination brings together a portfolio of high-quality gold assets, a strengthened balance sheet and meaningful financing synergies, alongside access to a world-class mine-building and operations team with recent, hands-on experience in Guinea. With increased scale, enhanced financial capacity and a proven execution platform, the combined group is well positioned to advance its development priorities and deliver disciplined, sustainable growth.”

Dual Listing to Enhance Market Access
Predictive Discovery has received approval to list on the Toronto Stock Exchange alongside its ASX listing, expanding access to North American capital markets. Robex shares will be delisted as part of the transaction.

Positioned for Long-Term Growth
The combined group benefits from increased scale, strengthened financial capacity, and a clear development pipeline. With a consolidated asset base and enhanced access to capital, Predictive Discovery is well positioned to advance its projects and deliver long-term production growth.
