UNITH unveils new customer panel during soft launch of Digital Human platform as a self-service offering

While the market may have taken a break over the Christmas and New Year period, artificial intelligence company UNITH (ASX: UNT) quietly launched its self-service platform – a development that will be instrumental in rapidly signing up users who will be able to generate their own digital human, working for them 24/7.

The soft launch was unveiled by CEO Idan Schmorak who shared a video teaser of the new customer panel within the Digital Human platform, being the interface to be used by current and prospective customers that have previously registered their interest with UNITH.

“We are pleased to report on several core development milestones which have enabled UNITH to soft launch our Digital Human platform to selected clients and partners, eyeing a broader launch in 2024,” said Schmorak.

Through UNITH’s platform which is integrated with GPT technology, the generated digital humans utilise the uploaded information as their source of truth, drawing on it to interact with users via conversational AI.

“Examples of documents being uploaded as information sources include product catalogues, employee handbooks, FAQ sheets, call scripts, instruction manuals, reports and transcripts – Enabling organisations to create digital colleagues in minutes,” said Schmorak.

This transformative technology isn’t limited to a mere virtual existence; rather, it encompasses practical applications across various sectors. Digital humans created through UNITH’s platform will be utilised for diverse purposes such as customer service, information dissemination, and optimisation of internal processes.

The self-service aspect will allow users to navigate the entire process autonomously, eliminating the need for direct involvement from UNITH developers.

During the soft launch phase, UNITH is evaluating the accuracy of conversations with digital humans, providing clients with analytics and preparing for a broader public launch in 2024.

“This data empowers clients to refine and enhance their digital human counterparts by guiding them toward relevant information source uploads,” added Schmorak.

A broader launch is expected to see UNITH launch the platform under a freemium model where users will be able to generate a basic human for free, with greater intelligence and functionality, purchased with premium subscriptions. These may include additional languages and concurrent conversations with more features to be unveiled throughout the year.

Users being able to generate a digital human to work for them goes hand-in-hand with another development milestone in December which produces a customisable code-snippet for each digital human generated. Using this code, the digital humans can be easily embedded into an existing website or mobile application. This allows an easy integration of UNITH’s digital humans without the need for additional web development work.

The forthcoming public launch in 2024 is poised to usher in a new era of autonomy, where businesses will be able to seamlessly integrate digital colleagues into their operations, propelling them into a future as a more reliable and cheaper alternative to traditional labour.
