Xamble Advances AI Transformation Strategy Following YouthsToday Acquisition

Xamble Group (ASX: XGL) has outlined a major AI-driven transformation strategy ahead of completing its acquisition of YouthsToday, targeting improved profitability, operational efficiency, and scalable growth across Southeast Asia. The initiative is expected to deliver material cost savings while positioning the Company as a full-spectrum influencer platform in the region.

Transformational Acquisition Expands Regional Platform
Upon completion of the YouthsToday acquisition, Xamble will significantly expand its scale, growing its influencer network, agency relationships, and geographic footprint across Southeast Asia. The enlarged platform will provide a comprehensive offering across nano, micro, and macro influencer segments, enhancing the Group’s ability to deliver integrated campaigns across multiple markets.

This expanded capability is expected to increase Xamble’s relevance to both regional and global brands, supporting future revenue growth across its platform.

AI-Led Cost and Operational Synergies
Xamble expects to achieve meaningful cost savings through a combination of operational streamlining and the deployment of AI automation across key functions, including campaign management, influencer matching, reporting, and client servicing.

The Company views AI-driven automation as a structural improvement to its cost base, reducing reliance on manual processes, while improving efficiency and scalability.

Xamble Non-Executive Chair Ganesh Kumar Bangah commented:

“This is how modern media and technology businesses are built — with AI at the centre, not bolted on.”

Leadership Transition to Drive Integration
Xamble has appointed Adrian Tan as its Interim Chief Executive Officer, giving him a mandate to lead the integration of YouthsToday and accelerate the Group’s AI transformation strategy. His role includes reviewing the combined management structure and identifying opportunities to optimise operations through AI integration.

As part of this leadership transition process, Jason Thoe will step down as CEO following a period of significant strategic progress, including strong growth in affiliate marketing and the execution of the YouthsToday transaction.

Positioned for Scalable Growth
Xamble is targeting revenue, cost, structural, and geographic synergies from the acquisition, including cross-selling opportunities across its expanded influencer network and agency base. The integration is expected to enhance the Group’s ability to deliver multi-tier campaigns across Southeast Asia.

Building an AI-Centric Platform
The Company’s next phase of growth will focus on embedding AI at the core of its operations, driving automation, reducing costs, and strengthening its competitive position. The combination of expanded scale and AI-led efficiencies positions Xamble to accelerate growth and improve profitability across its enlarged platform.
