Ore Resources Completes Randalls Gold Project Acquisition, Expanding Kal East Footprint

Ore Resources (ASX: OR3) has completed the acquisition of the Randalls Gold Project, consolidating its Kal East Gold Projects into a contiguous 740.5 km² landholding in Western Australia’s Goldfields. The milestone strengthens the Company’s position in a highly prospective gold district and supports the advancement of multiple exploration targets.

Strategic Consolidation of Kal East
The acquisition delivers full ownership of key Randalls tenements, significantly expanding Ore Resources’ footprint and creating a large, contiguous exploration package. The Company exercised its option to acquire 100% of the mineral interests, with consideration comprising A$125,000 in cash and A$125,000 in Ore Resources shares. The seller, Miramar Resources Limited (ASX: M2R), retains a 1% net smelter return royalty over future production, with an option for Ore Resources to buy back 0.5% for A$500,000.

Ore Resources Managing Director and CEO Nick Rathjen commented:
“We are pleased to have consolidated our position at the Randalls Project, a key strategic asset within our Western Australian Goldfields portfolio. This consolidation provides Ore with a significant and contiguous exploration footprint in a highly prospective gold district. With extensive near-surface potential and Randalls now fully consolidated and wholly owned, we see an immediate opportunity to advance exploration through the continued application of our proven, low-cost exploration strategy and are well positioned to deliver meaningful new gold discoveries and create additional value within this world-class gold district.”

Expanded Exploration Pipeline
The consolidated Kal East Project hosts several highly prospective gold targets, including multiple walk-up drilling opportunities and areas of near-surface mineralisation. The expanded tenure enhances Ore Resources’ ability to systematically explore the district and apply its low-cost exploration strategy across a broader area. With Randalls now fully owned, the Company is well positioned to accelerate target generation and advance exploration programs, with first-pass drilling scheduled for later in 2026.

Well-Funded for 2026 Programs
Ore Resources enters the next phase of its exploration strategy with a strong balance sheet, holding A$10.7 million in cash and no debt as at 31 December 2025. This provides funding flexibility to progress planned drilling and exploration activities across its Goldfields portfolio.

Positioned for Discovery Growth
The completion of the Randalls acquisition marks an important milestone in Ore Resources’ growth strategy, strengthening its presence in one of Australia’s premier gold regions. The enlarged and contiguous landholding increases the potential for new discoveries and positions the Company to deliver further value through exploration success.
