New Novatti app brings top end billing automation to small business

Small business operators will soon have access to an end-to-end billing, payments and sales management system with Novatti Group (ASX: NOV) having gained approval from Salesforce for the inclusion of the Emersion payments app on the Salesforce AppExchange marketplace.

The Emersion app, launched by wholly-owned subsidiary Emersion Systems, integrates many of the features offered to full-service Emersion clients that include utility, telecommunications and managed service provider companies around Australia, New Zealand and Singapore.

“Being cleared to launch on Salesforce AppExchange provides a great opportunity for Emersion to step onto the global stage,” said Emersion CEO and Founder, Paul Dundas.

“In particular, we believe that our app will give small and medium sized businesses from around the world access to the same levels of automation and technology previously reserved for the top end of town.”

Through the app, users can automate end-to-end business processes, including billing, collections, subscription management and embedded payments. In turn, the optimisation of customer experiences assist businesses to improve customer cash flow, lower costs, and free up operators to focus on their customers.

Since Emersion’s integration into Novatti, the division has exceeded internal expectations having signed several new clients through the COVID-19 pandemic to consolidate recurring revenue through it’s Software-as-a-Service range of products.

Such has been the growth of Emersion since being integrated into Novatti, the business has been hiring key staff  to accelerate further international expansion. which include this app for the Salesforce AppExchange to be utilised by business operators all over the world.

“Emersion has continued to perform strongly since joining Novatti. This endorsement by Salesforce validates the quality of Emersion’s products and services and their ability to scale and compete globally,” said Novatti Managing Director, Peter Cook.

“ FY21 is expected to be a strong year for Emersion with further plans for international expansion.”

Salesforce is considered the world’s top customer relationship management system with more than 150,000 business customers that use it to manage their sales, service and marketing.

Across their international payments network, Novatti processes more than $2 billion in transaction volumes annually and reported $11m revenue for the financial year ending 30 June 2020, a 30% increase on the corresponding period.
