Aerometrex Expands MetroMap Partner Program as Scalable Model Gains Traction

Australia’s growing reliance on geospatial data across industries, from solar and property to environmental management, is driving demand for scalable aerial intelligence platforms. As more businesses embed location-based data into everyday workflows, distribution models that integrate directly into industry platforms are emerging as a key pathway to growth.

Against this backdrop, Aerometrex Limited (ASX: AMX) is expanding its MetroMap Partner Program, positioning its aerial imagery platform as a shared data layer across multiple sectors.

“This is the partner model working exactly as intended,” said Aerometrex Managing Director and CEO Rob Veitch.

As partner platforms grow, Aerometrex’s revenue is designed to grow alongside them.

Scales Distribution Through Embedded Partnerships

Aerometrex has announced new partnerships across solar, property intelligence, urban canopy management and environmental due diligence, extending the reach of its MetroMap platform.

The model embeds MetroMap imagery and data directly into partner platforms used by industry professionals, allowing Aerometrex to access established user bases without relying solely on direct sales.

Each new partner effectively expands distribution, with licence usage increasing as those platforms scale.

Validates Model with Landchecker Growth

The Landchecker agreement provides a clear example of the model in action. Originally structured with a minimum contracted amount of $1.5 million per year over two years, the agreement included a fixed number of licences with an option to extend.

Landchecker has now exceeded its minimum licence threshold, triggering uncapped upside revenue for Aerometrex for the remainder of the term.

With additional licences now being acquired on an uncapped basis at an agreed price per licence, revenue from the agreement is directly linked to Landchecker’s own platform growth.

Expands Across Multiple Industry Use Cases

Aerometrex has added several new partners to the program, each representing distinct applications for high-resolution aerial imagery.

OpenSolar integrates MetroMap imagery into its solar design and sales platform, supporting rooftop system design, shading analysis and site assessment.

InCanopy uses MetroMap imagery and LiDAR data within its Tree Ledger platform to track urban canopy coverage for planners and government authorities.

Lotsearch incorporates MetroMap imagery into environmental due diligence reports, used in property transactions to assess land conditions and constraints.

Propedia embeds MetroMap imagery into its property analytics platform, enabling enhanced visual context for valuers and real estate agents.

Builds a Model Designed to Compound

Aerometrex’s partner program is structured to scale as each partner grows its own user base, creating a compounding effect on licence usage and revenue.

The model allows incremental revenue growth without a proportional increase in delivery costs, as MetroMap becomes embedded within partner workflows.

Positions for Continued Growth

With partnerships now spanning multiple industries, Aerometrex is continuing to assess further opportunities across additional sectors and geographies.

The MetroMap Partner Program is expected to contribute to annual contract value and revenue growth into FY26 and beyond, as the company expands its footprint across data-reliant industries.

As adoption of geospatial intelligence continues to rise, Aerometrex’s embedded partner model is positioning MetroMap as a platform integrated into the tools and systems used across Australia’s professional landscape.
