UNITH wins contract for its AI-powered digital humans to service global lottery customers

Individuals around the world will soon have more opportunities to win $500 million jackpots with online lottery platform AZBillions to deploy digital humans to its online ticketing platform, powered by artificial intelligence company UNITH (ASX: UNT).

The purchase order from Xite Holdings, which wholly-owns and operates AZBillions, which will deploy the digital humans to perform customer support, upselling and promotion.

The first region for the digital humans rollout will be Latin America where UNITH’s digital humans will be programmed in Spanish, and be able to interact with multiple customers at once while providing instantaneous response to queries.

“We are delighted to be working with Xite as the AI provider for AZBillions which has a large addressable market covering customers around the world,” said UNITH CEO, Idan Schmorak.

“This is an excellent application of UNITH’s digital humans that can converse in multiple languages and respond instantly while substantially reducing Xite’s expenses if they were to perform these tasks with traditional labour.”

The collaboration between UNITH and AZBillions will redefine the way customers interact with online platforms, as the digital humans will be responsible for key functions such as facilitating the purchase of lottery tickets, providing customer support, and driving sales. With UNITH’s cutting-edge AI technology, users will experience an enhanced level of service that combines the efficiency of automation with the personal touch of human-like interaction.

By employing sophisticated natural language processing algorithms, these digital beings can understand and communicate with customers in their preferred language, breaking down language barriers and ensuring a seamless customer experience across the globe.

AZBillions, a leading online lottery platform with a vast user base spanning multiple countries, recognised the potential of UNITH’s AI-powered digital humans to elevate its services to new heights to the excitement of XITE CEO, Craig Austin.

“Online websites are becoming the preferred purchase point for lottery tickets so we are delighted to be able to expand AZBillions into more international markets with the support of UNITH and their AI digital humans,” said Austin.

“Customer service and response times have been a critical measure of our growth and we see an excellent opportunity to work with UNITH to improve these metrics and deliver our global customers a seamless experience.”

The deployment of UNITH’s digital humans will enable AZBillions users to interact with these AI-powered entities across various touchpoints, such as mobile devices, websites and smart devices. Customers will be able to seek assistance, receive instant responses, and complete their lottery ticket purchases seamlessly, all with the convenience of automated assistance available around the clock.

By leveraging machine learning techniques, these virtual assistants continuously improve their language skills, problem-solving abilities, and contextual understanding, ensuring an ever-improving customer experience.

As the global demand for seamless and personalised digital experiences continues to grow, the collaboration between UNITH and AZBillions represents a promising innovation in the way businesses interact with their customers.
